Key Responsibilities:

  • To follow administrative procedures as communicated by Management of Company
  • To help ensure all administrative operations run smoothly and effectively in order to assist sales, logistics, warehouse and accounting departments.
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Create and update records and databases
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Writing memos, correspondence, invoices, receipts, spreadsheets and other reports
  • Reconciling invoices with orders placed
  • If discrepancies exist to communicate these to supplier in order for the relevant corrections to be made
  • Follow up and track orders in order to ensure paid orders have been prepared and sent by Supplier
  • Any other duties requested by Management


  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language (written and spoken)
  • Previous working experience and knowledge of SAP system will be considered as additional advantages
  • Excellent knowledge with Word, Excel and power point presentations
  • Organizational skills / Calm and able to perform well under pressure
