Key Responsibilities:
- To follow administrative procedures as communicated by Management of Company
- To help ensure all administrative operations run smoothly and effectively in order to assist sales, logistics, warehouse and accounting departments.
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Create and update records and databases
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Writing memos, correspondence, invoices, receipts, spreadsheets and other reports
- Reconciling invoices with orders placed
- If discrepancies exist to communicate these to supplier in order for the relevant corrections to be made
- Follow up and track orders in order to ensure paid orders have been prepared and sent by Supplier
- Any other duties requested by Management
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language (written and spoken)
- Previous working experience and knowledge of SAP system will be considered as additional advantages
- Excellent knowledge with Word, Excel and power point presentations
- Organizational skills / Calm and able to perform well under pressure
